Though I have to say that while I was happy to never see them again I do wonder about the loose ends, collectively called the Yan family. They vanished from the story after Yan Fei chased the parents away from the school gates and I don’t remember them after the zerg invasion.
And I wanted to see their wedding, their married life, and (adopted or biological) children!!!
